We offer discounts on our wide range of inkjet media to trade and education customers with greater discounts offered to those trade/education customers ordering in volume. N.B. Please be aware our trade/volume discounts are only available to businesses.
Credit Accounts
We understand that cash flow is critical for any business which is why we offer Credit Accounts to all of our customers. The amount of credit offered and payment terms will be dependant upon your application and credit checks.
Dedicated Account Manager
We have a dedicated team of both UK and International Account Managers who are assigned to each customer. Their role is to ensure the best level of customer service, product knowledge and expertise is provided whilst also acting as a single point of contact. Additionally we have a global network of Distributors who are able to offer the same level of customer support and product expertise.
FREE Next Working Day Delivery
We offer FREE Next Working Day Delivery through our logistics partner, DPD (minimum spend applies). All of the orders are shipped through a tracked and insured service with a 1 hour delivery window provided on the morning of the delivery. We are also able to offer pre-10am, pre-1pm and Saturday deliveries to ensure you are able to meet tight deadlines and customer requirements. (Additional charges may apply).
Telephone Support
We pride ourselves on our customer support which includes prompt responses to both phone calls and emails during business hours. Whether you need to contact our sales department, accounts department or you’re looking for technical support we are available from Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5.30pm.
