This hour long 1-to-1 online session, with one of our technical support specialists, offers individual support tailored to suit your requirements.
Taking place over Zoom, you will be able to pick their brain on all things print. Here are some of the topics we can help you with:
- Basic printer set up (Canon and Epson range)
- Printer Driver download issues (e.g. AirPrint)
- How to print ICC profile charts for custom profiles
- Navigating media and print settings
- Monitor calibration
- Downloading and installing profiles
- Choosing the right paper for your images
If required we can take control of your computer to help further.
The service is available weekdays 10:00am – 4:00pm. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date and discuss what you would like to cover in the session.
Please note:- This session focuses heavily on printer installation, settings and colour management help and does not cover aspects of Photoshop/Lightroom technique or editing.
