International Shipping Charges

At On-line Paper we have the enviable position of having a great many international customers and of priding ourselves with our ability to ship quickly and efficiently across the globe. In many cases when you order you will be prompted to put in additional charges or to contact us. If not please either contact us first or we will contact you regarding any additional charges required.

How costs are calculated:

International courier costs are calculated on weight, volume, destination and speed of service. The heavier, quicker and further, the more expensive.

We do not believe that it is in our customers interests to make a profit on shipping charges so simply pass on the costs to you.

Procedure for international orders:

1. Register an account with us via our login page: click here to login
2. Put the products into your shopping basket.
3. Stay logged-in and send us an email or fill in the form on our contact page, with a request for an international shipping quote.
4. We check the size and weight of the parcel(s) and we request a quote from: http://www.parcel2go.com
5. Once we have received the quote we pass this information on to you.
6. We send you a link for paying these shipping charges which you can checkout together with the items you did put earlier in your shopping basket.
